Ochre Group Holdings (ASX:OGH) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX this morning, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Ochre Group requested the halt pending an announcement regarding Ochre’s Wunmunna Transaction with Ascot Resources (ASX:AZQ), which is significant and material to the company.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 3rd July 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made available to the market.
