    Nov 28 (Reuters) - Oil Basins Ltd (OBL) :

    • OBL to challenge possible legal claim by former OBL executive directors Kim Mcgrath and Neil Doyle and lodge counterclaim against them
    • OBL is in process of conducting an investigation as to merits of such a claim
    • At this point both Mcgrath and Doyle are refusing to return company property, information and records
