Open your eyes and look at the history of this "bucket of s--t" of a Company, and maybe if your were at the General Meetings over the years where Management talked up the Court cases they were involved in and then lost all except the Native Title case, and then just kept sucking SH dry. Management including CD are lucky not to have been sued for their behavior of "talking up" OBL almost to the point of insider trading behind the scenes, unfortuantly it would be our word against Management and OBL thrives on litigation. At least when they tried it on REY, REY just wiped the floor with OBL. and took the Derby block, and have a look with open eyes of REYs view of the Derby block.
So l assume your quite happy to pay the claim of an X Director who is suing OBL for over $500k, for such great work done for adding value to SH.
So next time your speaking to Carl D. ask him where was he when his "board mates" were spinning "crap" to the SH or did he do the Sgt. Schultz "l see nothing and hear nothing"

One last point if Gippsland is such a great place why arent the Majors beating the door down to get their hands on this asset at bargain prices, OBL has been trying to off load this asset for years, but GEE they now have 3D GEO from a Melb. Company well that just makes all the difference.
