WELLINGTON, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Seasonally adjusted median New Zealand house prices fell 2.0 percent on the month in August, while the number of sales dipped 0.2 percent, the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) said on Wednesday.
The REINZ said prices in the country's biggest city, Auckland, rose a seasonally adjusted 2.0 percent on the month in August and were up 13 percent on the year.
