    WELLINGTON, Sept 2 (Reuters) - The seasonally adjusted value of New Zealand residential building work rose 5.6 percent in the second quarter, data from Statistics New Zealand showed on Friday.

    The value of non-residential building work rose 5.3 percent, resulting in a 5.5 percent increase in the total value of all building work.
