I think today it is just someone has an agenda and they are out to mash the price and that is what they are doing .
...hopefully it will be short-lived.
...at open they took out $1.50 and ran it down to $1.40 but there were not so many shares in that bid queue ....
Now they are fishing I reckon ...

But they may find it a problem that NRW is extremely transparent, has very strong core supporters and was already undervalued ...
