I'm sure NTU will put out an announcement as to whether or not they receive the $3 million by the 8th Feb.  I guess if Liu Xiaohua is happy paying a 30% premium from today's prices, up to them, it's not my money.  If I were flipping in that amount of coin to a company desperate for $'s, I would at least be pushing for some discount.

Now does anyone here believe that the $27 million funding package from back in October will still go ahead.  And now that NTU are willing to accept .06 cents a share, that's assuming the deal goes through, do you think that NRE $25 mill and the sophisticated one $2 mill are going to pay $0.09 - $0.11
