    July 11 (Reuters) - Nex Metals Explorations Ltd (NME) :

    • Agreement reached between NME and SHK to finalise proceedings, with claim and counterclaim being dismissed and no order as to costs
    • Parties have entered into a deed of settlement that contains a confidentiality clause
    • "NME is able to inform market that terms of settlement do not have any negative impact on financial position of NME"
    • Refers to proceedings against Stone Resources Australia Limited
