nhc is always cheap and remains so
r milner is hands down the best market timer australia ever produced
but its a cashflow producer - not a market darling ever because its too mixed a product suite
and nhc has the worst investor relations in the sector - again always has had. because r milner is a hard guy to like apparently - and they dont engage the market
even when they did that gangbusters sall of new suraji back at top of the last cycle - market never gave them the sp the execution deserved
