    Just what the companys needs....a bloody bean counter, im sure this guy can locate and mine gold being an accountant, for christ sake..

    I dont think the company will stop but what is CERTAIN is more placements or borrowings, its that simple, the above means more shareholder dilution after you just lost 2 thirds of your shares to a reconstruction.
