You don't have to be a genius or an insider to see that shopping malls in Australia are doing just fine. Just go to one, or better yet, read the latest annual reports. The beauty of an investment in SGP is that it's pretty goddamn easy to get a feel for how it's going and I don't appreciate some random on a chat forum telling me what i do and don't know in capital letters like a child.

Just because you've suddenly heard of a company where the shareholders didn't know what was going on doesn't mean every company on the ASX is suddenly doomed to fail.
