There have been failures in the past such as Telstra and there could be failures again in the future, but one point of difference is the cost structure.
With Telstra, NET spent a fortune trying to set Telstra customers up with its product and it just did not pay.
Now as I understand it, China Telecom will have to work directly with the client and not NET.
A much more cost efficient model.
