Unfortunately despite the very good news concerning the Isoftstore announcement, to date it has little material impact on the stock price.
I believe this is due to the fact that the stock is not tightly held. This has occurred as a consequence of all the cheap options that the company has issued for any number of reasons, because they insufficient capital to meet their operating costs.
These holders are not investors prepared to wait for longer term gains, but are quite happy to cash in their chips at the first convenient time.
I do not blame the option holders for this as it is a fact of life. However it means that the NET will have to work hard to attract new buyers to offset the numerous sellers.
This in my opinion will only happen when the company starts to release announcements about growing sales. Whether or not there is a big buyer out there waiting to pounce can not be predicted, but can not be ruled out either.
Looking forward to some progressive sales announcements in the near future.
