    Of course Scrapton knew about the royalty, the suggestion they did not, by that naive kid TX Rogers is typical of his postings....

    We can only speculate the reasons. The end result will probably be that Scrapton will have difficulty negotiating with companies with worthwhile assetts in future....difficult to take any future offers they might make seriously.
