My Net Fone (ASX:MNF) is preparing an announcement regarding a business acquisition and has been granted an ASX trading halt.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trading on Friday, 11 July 2014.
The company had posted revenue of $28.5 million and net profit of $2.4 million for the half year ended 30 June 2014 from its provision of hosted voice and data communications services.
