Yes the TO company, if it gets to 90% will claim all outstanding shares and pay the cash and then MTM will cease to exist or become an unlisted subsidiary. This is not a good outcome as I think the company is intrinsically worth considerably more but importantly, I am hoping the FIRB will crush it as here we have an important WA fishery with licences being taken on over a by a foreign Co. WA cannot afford to sell out its irreplaceable prime fishing areas and rights. I urge all shareholders to refuse to sell such a valuable asset to overseas interests and to lobby the FIRB (Foreign Investments Review Board) to block it.
