The Company also received applications pursuant to the Shortfall Offer of 74,912,781 new shares and 37,456,391 new options.

Interesting that it appears that they didn't really look after the shareholders who have been with the Company for a long time and bought considerably higher than the current share price!!

I would of thought that they would of allotted all the additional share and options applied for in the shortfall offer by existing share holders and then given the rest to the underwriter! By my experience this was not the case! I received a pittance of what I applied for in the shortfall!
