Cirralto shareholders are private and these shares will likely be escrowed but part of the merger two join the two companies and their assets into one vehicle. With a consolidation and a capital raise to come, there is likely to be caution by investors but certainly it is looking like a good business post merger. That is real revenue. I'm sure as a merged business there will be multiples of that to come.
