Modun Resources (ASX:MOU) has completed the acquisition of LiveTiles Holdings Pty Ltd and has changed its name to LiveTiles Limited and its ASX code to LVT.
This marks its transition to the cloud sector.
It is now finalising outstanding requirements for reinstatement to the official list of the ASX.
Earlier this month, the company raised $12 million through an oversubscribed capital raising priced at $0.15.
It also agreed to sell its Mongolian coal assets to Tian Poh Resources (ASX:TPO) for a total consideration of US$2.21 million.
LiveTiles developed a proprietary software tool that operates together with Microsoft’s cloud collaboration platforms.
This tool enables businesses to rapidly build and deploy modern business solutions including intranets and extranets to their operations.
