Hmm I've held MMS for 10 years or so and now thinking of bailing out after the dividend. In fact thinking of getting out of all SS/NVL companies like SIQ, ECX and SGF - all seem to be doing terribly.
What are people's thoughts about the bullish case ? that after house prices stop falling people will start spending again and growth might return ?
