- entered into an agreement to acquire all issued capital of an unlisted investment company with total assets of approximately $18 million
- Milton shareholder approval is not required in relation to proposed share issue
- consideration for acquisition will be issue of new milton ordinary shares which will not participate in co's fully franked 2017 final dividend
