    DO we just bend over and accept the directors idiocracy or is there going to be enough opposition to this stupid merger  ?

    I can't see much benefit in it for MLM holders .. bailing out a poorer company with similar market cap and getting a 20:1 reduction ... sheesh are the directors of MLM mad or are they getting some sort of bailout and pocketing lots of cash in the process ?
