Merging when your SP is at a low because of poor management so it looks like a good premium.
They cant even get the Haul Road built and if the road was there who knows what other problems would eventuate.
The Haul Road saga could have even been prolonged to get this deal across the line.
If MLM were exporting bauxite as proposed it would likely be 4:1 not diluting the crap out of MLM at 20:1
Just a pathetic deal from pathetic management.
