Paying a div has nothing to do with market cap, it simply requires free cash flow, as a starting point. MLA are not yet there and I have not suggested they are
I apologise if my post presented the idea of the div as imminent fact. That was not my intent.
I have suggested it as a way to get people to take note as you asked to be done
