Mirvac Group’s (ASX:MGR) chief has reportedly affirmed it is actively looking for new development opportunities as it completed the main structural works at its latest Sydney tower, 8 Chifley Square yesterday.
According to Fairfax Media, Mirvac says it was looking ahead for new projects that could be completed as far away as 2019 and had visibility on developments up to fiscal 2015.
The property developer is due to finalise another premium office tower project in Sydney later this year.
Mirvac generated a net profit of $416 million in the 2012 financial year.
