re: News: Mirvac Group forecasts 10% earnings... A pretty good 2011 forecast and a unit price with a 30% discount to NTA backing. I would much rather be in this play than WDC or SGP which have similar % NTA premiums as opposed to this good discount. A 6.5% income stream is also attractive.
