Mighty River Power (ASX:MYT, NZX:MRP) has completed the realignment of its leadership team with the appointment of Nick Clarke to the new position of general manager geothermal with effect from July 2015.
He will focus on the performance of the five geothermal plants operated by the company in New Zealand that account for about 40% of annual electricity production.
Mighty River Power is one of New Zealand’s largest electricity companies, supplying one in five homes and businesses in the country.
About 95% of the electricity it generates comes from renewable sources.
