AVJennings Limited (ASX:AVJ) has boosted its first half net profit and spruiked a confident outlook for the second half.The residential property development company improved its net profit by 42 per cent to $11.9 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.AVJennings says the strong result was achieved on the back on increased production levels and improving market conditions.
Looking ahead the company says it remains confident market fundamentals will continue to support its growth strategy.A fully-franked dividend of 1 cent per share has been declared.
