Magnum Mining and Exploration (ASX:MGU) has completed its sell-down of a 60% interest in the Tantalite Valley Project in Namibia to African Tantalum.
It received 8 million South African rand (A$905,535) for the stake.
African Tantalum will operate and fund the Tantalite Valley Project in consideration for 100% of any revenues in the 30 months from completion.
