re: News: Macmahon denies suitors blocking al... Sembawang's response makes a very interesting read. There is little doubt that their CEO was also pitching to MAH shareholders in his address. Comments like cherry picking and making the point that Sembawang was going after the construction arm lock stock and barrel, that is relieving MAH of everything including the liabilities. A clear line in the sand was drawn by comparison with Leighton's acquisition which appears to be more selective. Makes for an interesting EGM in Feb.
