It is not so much who to trust but who has access to the info. China has the info that does not mean they do not distort it just they have the facts.
Adamas publishes data that often disagrees with all published data with no clear indication of where it comes from. Hi predictions on prices and demand have been consistently high.
I do not really trust either but Adamas a lot less.
