Maybe the most obvious one is that the order simply lapsed in time and has been removed? You'll note that 2.6 million have just joined the bottom of the list of sellers and we're back o 12.3 million @ .004 again.
But, there are two dilemmas, both sides are diminishing, so, might be last chance to buy or sell at these prices, depending on which way the news situation develops. No news or good news??
