    How does the new issue and the note rank in the case of insolvency.

    Does the note rank ahead of you in the event of insolvency ?

    Does the Directors new shares rank ahead of you in the event of insolvency.

    SB got called out by ASIC, since then he has bleed this stock to recover. It owes his circa 1.7cents and he is hell-bent on averageing down to recover.

    Our legal support is conflicted.
