When someone makes potentially damaging (to shareholders) threats and repeats them in this forum, he is obliged to keep those readers informed as to whether or not he proceeded with those threats.
He's the one making those threats based on non disclosure by management, what about his non disclosure to HC readers??
Half your luck, who knows if we will still have a company due to those proposed threats????
