I respectfully suggest you turn your attention to the company (and their officers), whom are obliged to comply with the ASX Listing Rules, not those proctected by such rules (shareholders).

Your protocol is unorthodox and unconventional, and your allegence inconsistent.

Please move on.

Perhaps discuss the necessary shareholder approval for some of the current CR, and whether any progress will take place prior to shareholder approval.
