I am not talking about LNY management, I am fully aware of the meanings and ramifications of "material" when it comes to LNY, what I'm asking is what YOU are doing about that action YOUwere threatening to take against LNY management which I believe is VERY "material" to us other shareholders. I.E. Could be extremely "price sensitive" (ZERO!!!!)
