Bigunks. Management deserves every cynical word that you have written and good on you for saying it.
They were very quick to issue those shares and CNs yesterday and management is wide open to everything you said . You can even say that the SP was suppressed when those 13 million were dumped on @ .003 effectively stifling all trading.
But, I reckon that they are smarter than that as you are implying both market manipulation and insider trading, both with potential jail terms attached. All of them already have a huge pay day just waiting to happen, legitimately. Why take any risks for a few more bucks? No.
If that's what they do, they won't get away with it for long and thousands of us shareholders would celebrate seeing them get locked up.
