Well Aus construction is even smaller again than the construction div. LLC did a smaller writedown in H1 2017FY - about $60m from memory. They will have been keeping an eye on them, and they are now taking the issue off the table I expect.
I think if FBU wasn't fresh in our memories (and RCR too), we would have seen the SP down 5%. But instead it is a big BOO, and everybody is scared. Availability bias is what the psychological issue is called - if I am right.
