Any capital raisings in the past have been poorly supported....Rinehart is a dead loss and I doubt whether Nicholas Mather has deep enough pockets....they certainly won't get shareholders to cough up. Another six billion shares on the register as well.

A successful appeal decision would help but knowing Andrews he will influence the appeal panel members ala the initial appointment of the ALP nominated justice Macauly ie: expect a majority of ALP justices to be sitting on the bench.
