Construction giant Leighton Holdings Limited (ASX:LEI) Middle East subsidiary has won a $US515 million contract to build a luxury hotel complex in Dubai.
The Habtoor Leighton Group will be responsible to build what will become the biggest hotel complex in the Middle East.
Once finished the hotel floor area will encompass 350,000 square meters.
Construction is scheduled to start in June and completion is expected in the second half of 2016.
Leighton posted a net profit of $345 million for the six months to December 31, 2011.
