Cal they have had total control of the Co for the last 3 years, so an increase in their stake doesnt change control. Your theory doesnt add up because if they wanted to take the co over completely they would not have allowed a RI because of the risk of others participating and thus maintaining the eqilibrium. A placement of 15% at a time would have pretty much guaranteed a T/O.
