Looks like LCY is still spending money on PR , too little too late . market cap of $ 9 mil how sad is that and trying to raise $25mil in which they will be lucky to raise $12 mil (approx 1 bill shares) if NMDC does not reneg like last time , i wonder if LCY MD or anybody in the top 10 will spend the money to take up the RI ??? or do they expect the dummy retails shareholders to cough up ??? not long now 2-3 days before trading stops on the RI shares . will be interesting who coughs up
