Just to be safe, pick a company that has the following:
1) DFS & BFS completed
2) No debt (cash in the bank)
3) Off take partners secured
4) EPC contract with at least MOU secured
5) Major holders own at least 50% of issued shares
6) Low sovereign risk country prefered
Then you'll minimise your risk massively & more change of SP appreciation. Good luck...
