And the funny thing is, I think the construction they need to spend is well over $100 mill. When it was like $120 mill they decided to review their plans... and they decided to cut it back to $170 mill. That is the number I recall. I just know when it was in free fall, I thought they would work out how to create some small operation... but, no, they decided to GO BIG.
So, they only need for finance for 10+ times their market cap. Let me run down to the ATM and withdraw for them
