    • HAS SETTLED WITH AURIZON CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF AURIZON'S EXIT FROM ITS INTERMODAL RAIL BUSINESS IN DECEMBER
    • UNDER TERMS OF SETTLEMENT, AURIZON HAS AGREED TO PAY $25.0 MILLION TO K&S CORP WITHOUT ADMISSION OF LIABILITY
