In the current strong POG environment, I'd be surprised if they didn't manage to raise 4m$ at any price. The main question for me is how dilutive is this going to be. Overall, it does look like a step in the right direction, but I agree with you that the lingering questions about the operational management of the mine are many and disturbing.
