    • Refers to announcement by Geopacific Resources that it intends to make an off-market offer to acquire all of ordinary shares in Kula
    • Board views proposed offer as opportunistic and undervalued
    • Shareholders are advised to take no action for announcement or any document received from Geopacific until they receive Kula' formal recommendation
