Why is there no 1 month, 3 month and 6 month performance displayed on the website?
Why is fund performance no longer compared against any benchmark in the monthly reports?
Does Mark Newman manage any money apart from in the Asian fund? If not why should he get >$300k base? Is this awarded for managing such limited capital (Asia fund is ~$26m) with sub-par performance?
If the ownership base wasn't so concentrated would shareholders vote down the remuneration report?
N.B. CEO of Telstra received $2.39m fixed salary on NPAT of $3.56Bn and Telstra's rem'n report just got voted down. Is $1.085m acceptable for CEO of K2?
Are fees appropriate? Should performance fees be index relative rather than absolute hurdles given limited shorting?
How much of fund performance can be attributed to stock selection and how much to asset allocation?
