Perhaps the real reason for SP dip is why spending money in Uganda while the company is pushing its 'flag ship' project in NSW. Is this just portfolio re-balance, or management knows Ni-Young is a long way away, and probably quite marginal. Re-starting Kilembe will take some time even with government cooperation. Got to first drill out the resource to JORC standand, then carry out FS. As to the Co refinery, who owns the non-government 75%? In summary, cannot see a clear strategy here.
