I just drill holes in the ground for oil and gas, and some times I am in the right place to hear a bit of what's going on. However I am not the sharpest tool in the shed. Can you help me out here.? Lets say we have a round sponge cake. Say NSE owns 52% of the cake and AQO owns 48%. Why is DLS 19.99% quite a blocking stake if NSE want's more cake? Maybe I have missed something.? Regards Drillrigger
